How does LED light therapy work?
LED light therapy — also called photobiomodulation — uses specific wavelengths of visible light that are absorbed at different depths of the skin. Red light around 633nm is studied for its role in the appearance of firmness, blue light around 415nm in the context of oily, blemish-prone skin. It is non-invasive, painless, and uses no UV. Published research concerns these wavelengths in general rather than this specific device.
How often should I use my LED mask?
We recommend 10 minutes, 4 times per week. Consistency matters more than session length, so pick a slot that fits your routine and stick with it. Many people describe noticing a difference in the look of their skin after 4 to 8 weeks, though this varies from person to person. Do not exceed one session per day.
Are there any side effects?
Most people use LED devices without any reaction, but the mask isn't for everyone. Avoid it if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a light-sensitive condition, or take photosensitising medication such as isotretinoin or certain antibiotics. Not suitable for children under 14. Can I use the mask with skincare products?
Yes. Use the mask on clean, dry skin, then apply your serums and moisturiser afterwards. Avoid photosensitising ingredients such as retinol or strong acids right before a session — leave them for the evenings you aren't using the mask.

We ship worldwide, free of charge on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 7–10 business days, depending on your destination.
